REGALSTAYHUB Terms & Conditions

Welcome to REGALSTAYHUB. By using our platform you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before listing or booking a property.

1. Definitions

  • REGALSTAYHUB / Platform – The online marketplace operated by REGALSTAYHUB.
  • Host – An individual or company listing an accommodation on the Platform.
  • Guest – An individual booking or staying at a property through the Platform.
  • Property – Any accommodation offered by a Host on the Platform.
  • Stripe Account – The connected account used to receive payments from Guest bookings.

2. Scope of Service

  • REGALSTAYHUB provides an online platform connecting Guests with verified Hosts.
  • REGALSTAYHUB does not own or operate properties; Hosts are solely responsible for their listings.
  • By booking a property, a direct agreement is created between the Guest and the Host.

3. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Funds are transferred directly to the Host's connected Stripe account once a booking is made.
  • REGALSTAYHUB does not hold Guest payments or act as a financial intermediary.
  • REGALSTAYHUB charges no fees to Hosts for the first 3 months. Fees after this period will be communicated in advance.

4. Host Obligations

  • Hosts must ensure all property information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Properties must be verified by REGALSTAYHUB before being listed.
  • Hosts are responsible for:
    • Honoring all confirmed bookings,
    • Compliance with local laws, licenses, and taxes,
    • Resolving Guest issues or disputes not related to the booking system,
    • Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and service quality.
  • Host contact details will be shared with Guests upon booking confirmation.

5. Guest Obligations

  • Guests must provide accurate information when booking.
  • Guests agree to respect the Host's property, rules, and applicable laws.
  • Any damages, misconduct, or violations are the Guest's responsibility and may lead to penalties or cancellation.

6. Reviews

  • Guests may leave reviews after their stay.
  • Reviews must be genuine, respectful, and based on real experiences.
  • Fake, incentivised, or manipulated reviews are strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies are set by each Host and displayed during booking.
  • Guests must review and agree to the Host's cancellation policy before confirming.
  • REGALSTAYHUB is not responsible for refunds, as payments go directly to Hosts. Disputes must be resolved between Guest and Host.

8. Fraud & Misuse

  • REGALSTAYHUB may suspend or remove a Host or Guest if fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is suspected.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the system (fake bookings, false listings, review fraud) will result in removal from the Platform.

9. Liability

  • REGALSTAYHUB acts only as a booking platform and is not liable for:
    • Guest/Host disputes,
    • Property conditions or safety,
    • Loss, damages, or injuries arising from a stay.
  • Hosts and Guests agree to indemnify REGALSTAYHUB from claims resulting from their use of the Platform.

10. Data & Privacy

  • REGALSTAYHUB collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Guest data will be shared with Hosts only for booking purposes.
  • Hosts must not misuse Guest data or use it for unsolicited marketing.

11. Termination

  • REGALSTAYHUB may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for:
    • Breach of these Terms,
    • Fraudulent activity,
    • Repeated Guest complaints,
    • Failure to verify property or identity.

12. Changes to Terms

  • REGALSTAYHUB reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Any significant changes will be communicated to users with at least 15 days notice.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
  • Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of London, UK.
